Alstom is seeking a passionate leader to oversee control architecture development while managing resources effectively. This pivotal role involves closely working with cross-functional teams such as vehicle engineering and software development. You’ll ensure compliance with industry standards, manage staffing for project alignment, and lead verification and testing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage control architecture specification and validation
• Oversee sub-system integration and software specifications
• Ensure effective resource capacity management within ±10%
• Implement domain-specific methodologies and tools
• Foster team development and technical leadership
Requirements:
• Degree in Electrical, Computer, or Control Engineering
• Experience with control systems, ideally in railway applications
• Familiarity with FMEA and interface control documentation
• Strong leadership skills and bilingual in French & English
• Knowledge of embedded software development
