In this full-time onsite role, you’ll leverage your manufacturing and process engineering skills to define key manufacturing processes. Your work will align with lean manufacturing principles while ensuring the quality of carbody shell production. Engage with cross-functional teams in Engineering, Design, and Quality Assurance to implement innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure industrial requirements meet customer demands and project goals

• Track digital mockup structures and ensure process alignment

• Validate supplier quality and QCD targets through analysis

• Develop assembly sequences and positioning strategies

• Manage industrial risks through detailed assessments

Requirements:

• Degree in mechanical engineering or similar field

• Experience in manufacturing engineering or process optimization

• Knowledge of railway industry standards and analysis tools

• Bilingual in French and English

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and modeling software
