Position: Electrical Schematics Lead at Alstom

Lead the delivery of vital electrical schematics age Schematic & Apparatus resources to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes for mobility projects.

Alstom seeks an experienced Electrical Schematics Lead to handle Schematic & Apparatus activities effectively. In this role, you will ensure the quality of electrical baselines, develop team competencies, and enhance delivery through continuous improvement. Your leadership will guide the project while maintaining configuration management and adherence to standard processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure quality of electrical deliverables for projects

• Maintain delivery planning and timelines

• Manage configuration for electrical documents

• Implement continuous improvement from past experiences

• Guide team competency development

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience

• At least 3 years with E3 or electrical CAD tools

• Experience in team management for 2+ years

• Knowledge of railway engineering preferred
