I am currently recruiting for a growing Quebec-based manufacturing company specializing in biological wastewater treatment technologies for municipal and industrial clients across North America. MissionYour role:
As a Process Design Engineer, you will contribute to the design, sizing, and implementation of customized biological wastewater treatment systems tailored to municipal and industrial applications. You will be involved throughout various stages of projects, from technical analysis and process design to implementation support.
- Design and optimize biological wastewater treatment processes
- Adapt engineering solutions to existing facility constraints
- Support municipal and industrial engineering projects
- Prepare technical sections of proposals and quotations
- Collaborate with engineering, project, and development teams
- Participate in technical discussions with clients
- Review technical drawings and project documentation
- Contribute to process improvement and customized solution development
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Environmental, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, or related Engineering field
- Licensed member of the OIQ with at least 3 years of full practice status
- Approximately 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in process design or industrial engineering
- Experience in biological wastewater treatment is strongly preferred
- Experience in manufacturing environments, OEMs, or consulting engineering firms is considered an asset
- Fully bilingual in French and English
- Comfortable working in a dynamic SME environment
- Strong communication skills and client-oriented mindset

- Competitive salary ranging from $90K to $120K based on experience
