As a Geotechnical Engineer, you will need a Bachelor's degree in civil, geological, or mining engineering and a minimum of five years of industry experience. Your expertise will help in conducting critical geotechnical calculations and performing comprehensive numerical modeling. Collaborate across teams and contribute to drafting essential technical reports for effective project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work on geotechnical design for numerous engineering projects
• Participate in proposals for professional services
• Conduct geotechnical calculations such as bearing capacity
• Engage in numerical modeling for major project evaluations
• Draft and produce detailed technical reports
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil, geological, or mining engineering
• Minimum experience of 5 years in geotechnical engineering
• Membership in Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
• Strong knowledge of geotechnical software applications
• Bilingual proficiency in French with excellent communication skills
