In this full-time role, you will be a vital part of the Logistics Support team, addressing maintenance challenges and improving service strategies. Collaborate with various teams—In-Service Readiness, Engineering, and Operations—and develop innovative strategies to reduce maintenance costs while ensuring reliability.
Your role will significantly impact the efficiency of rolling stock equipment and maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with customers on maintenance and operational issues
• Analyze and optimize maintenance plans and costs
• Develop strategies for service efficiency improvements
• Use operational feedback to enhance service delivery
• Evaluate life cycle costs of systems over their service life
Requirements:
• Engineering degree or equivalent needed
• 3-5 years' experience in Service Engineering
• Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, and Outlook
• Strong communication skills in English and French
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma methodologies required
