Devenir ACA Program

At Nolinor, we are committed to developing young professionals. By joining the new Devenir ACA program, you will receive a personal toolbox provided by the company worth $5,000 and support to obtain the Transport Canada TEA accreditation in partnership with the École Nationale d'Aérotechnique.*

• Perform maintenance on aircraft mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems;
• Inspect, repair and replace defective or damaged components using tools, manuals, gauges and test equipment;
• Write technical reports;
• Check aircraft structural and mechanical systems and ensure they meet Transport Canada and company performance and safety standards;

• You hold a DEC in aircraft maintenance and 0 to 3 years of relevant experience;
• You are flexible to work a 5-4-4 rotating schedule (5 days on, 4 days off, 4 days on);
• You have a valid driver's license and a passport (or are able to obtain one);
• You are willing to travel occasionally across Canada and internationally as operational needs require;
• You are proficient with Microsoft Office;
• You are proficient in French (spoken and written) and have a good command of English to understand technical manuals.
