Location: Baie-Comeau
Join as an On-Site Technical Specialist focusing on turbine and generator installations in hydroelectric projects. Oversee mechanical and safety compliance throughout the installation.
The role of Technical Field Advisor requires a solid background in construction management and at least 5 years of experience in hydroelectric systems. You will monitor installation quality, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide technical guidance to project teams. Collaborate with your Site Manager to guarantee timely and efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and ensure EHS compliance on-site
• Supervise critical installation processes
• Conduct quality inspections and reviews
• Lead planning and scheduling of construction tasks
• Mentor and direct skilled labor teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering disciplines
• At least 5 years of experience in generator installations
• Strong familiarity with hydroelectric systems
• Excellent computer proficiency
• Effective communication skills
Drive compliance and safety in hydroelectric projects with your specialized technical knowledge.
