Be the technical leader on-site as a Technical Field Advisor for hydroelectric projects. This role focuses on installation, commissioning, and ensuring compliance with technical standards and safety regulations.
You will oversee the various phases of field operations while ensuring quality and safety standards are strictly followed. The ideal candidate brings extensive construction management experience, demonstrating strong leadership and problem-solving abilities daily. Here, you'll contribute to the success of hydroelectric installations through active engagement and rigorous oversight of mechanical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure EHS compliance and safety culture on-site
• Guide teams in high-risk tasks and assessments
• Monitor critical processes like turbine alignment
• Work closely with the Site Manager on operations
• Review engineering documents for compliance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical diploma
• Minimum of 5 years in hydroelectric generator experiences
• Strong understanding of mechanical installations
• Excellent computer skills with MS Office
• Proven leadership in field operations
