Your expertise will facilitate collaboration across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance, ensuring efficient industrial methods are implemented. The job centers on conducting assessments, analyzing data, and executing digital tools for improved service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage performance improvement initiatives focusing on efficiency and quality

• Optimize industrial methods to boost process reliability

• Conduct on-site performance reviews and assessments

• Analyze operational data to discover and close performance gaps

• Support deployment of digital tools like OdyC for service execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering

• 5+ years in roles related to industrial operations

• Expertise in methods engineering and time studies

• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma improvement methodologies

• Experience with digital tools in operations and maintenance
