Join BBA as a Senior Engineer and lead control system designs for high-voltage substations in Canada. Your expertise will ensure compliance and high-quality deliverables across critical projects.
In this regular role, you will assume multiple responsibilities, including project management and technical oversight. You'll mentor team members in engineering practices, review designs for quality assurance, and coordinate closely with other specialists. Your advanced communication skills in English and French will facilitate seamless client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare proposals and manage engineering projects effectively
• Oversee technical design reviews, cost estimates, and schedules
• Coach team members on engineering methodologies
• Align project mandates with other engineering leads
• Drive team development and process improvements
Requirements:
• Degree in electrical engineering required
• 10+ years experience in control projects at Hydro-Québec
• Familiarity with E3 design tools
• Strong English and French proficiency
• Willingness to engage in onsite client work
