This strategic role focuses on ensuring the transformation of cost-saving opportunities into actionable results. With a mechanical engineering background, you will conduct Design to Cost studies and manage stakeholder communications. Your ability to analyze complex data and provide insights will be vital in updating cost targets and ensuring alignments across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Design to Cost studies and track performance

• Transform cost-saving opportunities into validated results

• Act as the voice of Design to Cost in projects

• Implement savings through established methodologies

• Update cost calculations by unit for development

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar

• 5 to 10 years of relevant engineering experience

• Procurement knowledge preferred

• Background in transportation industry, especially rail

• Fluent in French and English
