Alstom, basé au Québec, cherche un expert Lean/Transformation pour piloter le programme Impact
30 et soutenir l’ingénierie et le développement.
Vous piloterez des projets Black Belt locaux, coacherez des Green Belt et développerez l’expertise résolution de problèmes en collaboration avec la Qualité. Formation Lean et amélioration continue.
Vous contribuerez à la transformation Lean et favoriserez le partage des pratiques entre les équipes, avec un esprit analytique et orientation résultats.
