Responsibilities include:

• Attending to members’ investment and financing needs while ensuring quality service.
• Developing strategies and offering investment, financing, and insurance products.
• Managing business relationships, assessing member/client satisfaction and service quality, follow-up, and identifying areas for improvement.
• Staying up-to-date on the financial services industry, market trends, and best practices.
