In Finance Amériques, we are hiring a Finance Tender Manager (M/F) in Saint‑Bruno, QC to manage financial strategy throughout the tender lifecycle.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Tender Team to analyze and support all financial aspects of the tender process.
  • Prepare financial analysis and review content for tender submissions.
  • Consult and advise cross‑functional finance partners (Tax, Customs, Treasury, Risk, Audit, etc.).
  • Monitor compliance with governance and reporting rules.
  • Support the Cost Manager in the CPR0 process and drive effective transition to operational contracts.
  • Influence negotiations and add value through financial insights.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or related field.
  • 5–10 years of finance or tendering experience; audit or operational project experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, synthesis and communication skills in English; proficiency in MS Excel and SAP.
  • Knowledge of IFRS, financial strategy development and risk management.
  • Leadership, teamwork, resilience and proactive mindset.
  • Fluency in French is an asset;
    French is the primary working language in Quebec.
