Your future role

Step into a role where precision meets purpose. As a Payroll Specialist, you’ll bring your keen attention to detail and passion for accuracy to a collaborative and supportive team. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring timely and compliant payroll processing, becoming a trusted partner in delivering a seamless employee experience and maintaining financial integrity across the organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of payroll processes within biweekly cycles.
  • Provide expert guidance to Tier 1 colleagues on payroll legislation and complex calculations.
  • Navigate multiple systems efficiently to meet operational and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, and HR Operations to resolve payroll-related queries.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, knowledge-sharing, and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Deliver on key deadlines and contribute to achieving broader organizational goals.

About You

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in payroll or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of Canadian payroll legislation and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in payroll systems (ADP Global View experience is a plus).
  • Solid knowledge of payroll and finance reconciliation processes.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team player.
  • Committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Bilingual in English and French is preferred.
