Adecco is currently hiring an IT Technician for our client in Saguenay, QC.

Use involves supporting users with technical issues, troubleshooting hardware and software, and configuring new IT equipment. The role requires familiarity with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay rate:  $27.00/hour

Location:

Jonquière, QC

Shifts:

Monday‑Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to users.

Provide hardware and software support, including L1 and L2 troubleshooting for basic and intermediate issues.

Demonstrate in-depth technical understanding of various IT infrastructure environments.

Possess a solid understanding of effective customer‑service principles.

Have relevant technical knowledge of Windows operating systems and the Microsoft Office suite.

Be able to troubleshoot and resolve hardware failures on workstations.

Build and configure new laptops, with command of the imaging process.

Provide basic printer support.

Qualifications

Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

3–4 years of relevant experience.

Demonstrated technical understanding of a broad range of IT infrastructure environments.

Strong understanding of effective customer service.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve desktop hardware faults.

Must have a valid driver’s license certified by SAAQ.
