Position: Adobe CDP Architect (Chambord)
Location: Chambord

Key Responsibilities

Lead customer journey mapping and business discovery workshops.
Design and implement Adobe Real-Time CDP solutions.
Develop unified customer profiles and audience segmentation strategies.
Define identity resolution, schema design, and data ingestion frameworks.
Collaborate with business, marketing, data, and technology teams.
Ensure data governance, privacy compliance, and best practices.
Provide architectural leadership throughout implementation and deployment.

Required Skills

7+ years of experience in Customer Data, Martech, Digital Architecture, or related fields.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Real-Time CDP.
Solid experience with customer journey mapping and customer experience design.
Expertise in identity resolution, schema design, and data modeling.
Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred

Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
Adobe Analytics / Tags / Data Collection
Utilities, Energy, Telecom, or other regulated industry experience
Adobe Certifications (AEP/CDP Architect/Developer)
