Manager – Contracts Management – Information Technology Contract Manager
Position: 12‑Month Contract | Hybrid (3 Days Onsite – Toronto)
Our client is seeking a hands‑on Senior Manager – EPS Contracts Management to support Enterprise Platform Services within a large enterprise technology environment. This role will be responsible for reviewing, negotiating, executing, and renewing technology‑related contracts while acting as the key liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors. The successful candidate will bring strong experience in IT contract management, vendor management, strategic sourcing, or technology procurement, ideally supporting infrastructure, networking, hosting, or data centre services.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary contact for all contract‑related requests including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, Service Agreements, Service Orders, and Product Maintenance Agreements
- Review, negotiate, execute, and renew technology and consulting‑related contracts while ensuring compliance with internal policies and audit requirements
- Lead contract discussions with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure agreements align with business requirements
- Manage contract life cycles, renewals, and vendor engagements proactively to ensure continuity and compliance
- Support third‑party vendor evaluations, supplier due diligence exercises, and analysis of vendor quotes and proposals
- Provide subject matter expertise related to supplier risk management, contract governance, and service agreement interpretation
- Identify cost‑saving opportunities, supplier optimization strategies, and process improvement initiatives
- Analyze existing supplier agreements and report on KPIs related to vendor management and contract operations
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams including procurement, legal, finance, and technology stakeholders as required
- Experience reviewing, negotiating, and managing technology‑related contracts including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, service agreements, and maintenance contracts
- Strong background in vendor management, supplier governance, technology procurement, or strategic sourcing
- Industry knowledge of infrastructure, networking, hosting, collaboration, or data centre vendor products and services
- Ability to negotiate and communicate contract terms and conditions effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Robust analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills and working knowledge of finance/accounting principles
- Experience working within large enterprise or matrixed environments
- Undergraduate degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
