Step into a rewarding role as an IT Support Technician with Premier Equipment, a leading John Deere dealership. This full-time position supports over 300 employees across Southern Ontario with IT solutions, problem resolution, and maintenance.
Premier Equipment is looking for a self-motivated IT Support Technician who can provide first-level support and work collaboratively with the IT team. You will manage a range of IT tasks, from network maintenance to desktop configuration, and help ensure seamless operations in a dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a dedication to customer service are crucial for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide on-site IT hardware and software support
• Prioritize and resolve IT support calls and tickets
• Configure, deploy, and maintain workstations and networks
• Stay informed on emerging technology trends
• Communicate technical information clearly to users
Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Knowledge of Windows desktop/laptop products
• Experience with server and desktop technologies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
