As a temporary, full-time technician, you’ll work Monday to Friday and directly assist users with their IT-related needs.
Your role includes basic and intermediate troubleshooting and IT equipment setup. A comprehensive understanding of Windows 10 and the Microsoft Office Suite is required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist users with technical support and issues
• Provide hardware and software troubleshooting services
• Configure and manage IT equipment and imaging processes
• Offer basic support for printer-related concerns
• Demonstrate effective customer service approaches
Requirements:
• Must be eligible to work and reside in Canada
• 3–4 years of experience in IT support
• Strong understanding of IT environments and customer service
• Ability to resolve desktop hardware issues
• Possess a valid SAAQ-certified driver's license
