Alcoa seeks a Cyber Security Risk Analyst to strengthen its cybersecurity risk management program. Engage in assessing, managing, and mitigating risks across IT and Operational Technology environments.

This role is crucial for driving informed business decisions by effectively translating technical risks into operational impacts. As a key contributor, you'll lead risk assessments, work closely with IT, OT, and senior leadership, and ensure compliance with corporate policies and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance Cybersecurity Risk Management frameworks

• Conduct risk assessments in IT, OT, cloud, and third-party systems

• Facilitate risk workshops with technical and stakeholder groups

• Maintain cybersecurity risk register and treatment plans

• Advise on risk exposure and trends affecting operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Cybersecurity or related field

• 6+ years in cybersecurity and IT risk management

• Expertise in risk assessment methodologies and frameworks

• Familiarity with GRC tools and risk reporting

• Strong communication skills for translating technical risks
