Réseau Fix recherche un technicien en soutien TI pour assurer l’assistance informatique des franchisés et des employés par téléphone et courriel. Vous gèrerez les dépannages réseau (LAN/WAN), installerez et configurerez les postes, et assurerez la formation des utilisateurs.
La mission nécessite 1 an d’expérience minimum, une connaissance solide d’Active Directory et Azure, et une maîtrise de Windows 10/11. Horaires variables; travail sur site à Blainville, QC.
