Brandt Tractor Ltd is seeking a dedicated Parts Person for its Chicoutimi Construction and Forestry location. You will assist customers in locating parts, prepare quotes, and manage inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
Your role is vital in creating lasting customer relationships and supporting service departments with pricing and availability information.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and needs
• Prepare detailed quotes for parts and processes orders
• Manage unloading and organized storage of inventory
• Document shipping, receiving, and inventory thoroughly
• Locate and ship parts to customers as requested
Requirements:
• Strong customer service skills, both in person and by phone
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Foundation in parts and/or warehousing knowledge
• Previous industry experience is an asset
• Journeyperson Parts Certification preferred
