Step into a pivotal role as Electrical Team Manager at Alstom in North America. Lead an innovative team, ensuring the success of Train Electrical projects while enhancing mobility solutions worldwide.
As the Electrical Team Manager, you will oversee the Train Electrical domain, facilitating project delivery aligned with quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) metrics. You will provide leadership, harmonizing team efforts with organizational goals, while applying Alstom's quality management systems across key initiatives. Engage with the Central Engineering team for continuous improvement and effective resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct Train Electrical team activities on-site
• Ensure successful QCD project work packages delivery
• Support and guide the team in resolving project challenges
• Maintain accurate documentation of design reviews
• Manage site workload forecasts and resource needs
Requirements:
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field
• 5+ years of team management experience
• Fluent in French and English
• Familiarity with QCD principles
• Effective problem-solving and organizational skills
