In this full-time, on-site role, you will collaborate with regional leadership, managing technical production and personnel to meet operational needs. Your leadership will involve setting departmental priorities, overseeing production workflows, and ensuring client satisfaction across multiple media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and communicate strategic departmental objectives
• Oversee production workflows across various platforms
• Identify team training needs for performance enhancement
• Represent the station on committees and perform assigned duties
• Manage property in collaboration with service providers
Requirements:
• University degree in a media-related field
• Minimum five years in a supervisory role in media
• Strong leadership and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
