Le candidat idéal doit avoir un diplôme en transformation des aliments et entre 6 à 10 ans d'expérience en gestion d'équipes, de préférence dans l'industrie alimentaire. Ce poste exige des compétences en gestion d'équipe, connaissance des normes HACCP, et un bon niveau de Bilinguisme.
