On-Site Shear Operator

Position: On-Site Shear Operator Opportunity
Become a Shear Operator and help shape metal into high-quality products at our facility. This full-time, on-site position is available starting August 1, 2026, for a one-year contract.

We are in need of an experienced Shear Operator who is skilled in various metalworking techniques such as cutting, bending, and welding. The role requires adherence to a collective agreement and is open to both permanent and temporary residents of Canada. Please note that this is not a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery to cut and bend metal

• Shape and form products using various techniques

• Ensure compliance with all production guidelines

• Work effectively as part of a dedicated team

• Maintain a clean and safe workspace

Requirements:

• Permanent or valid temporary residency in Canada

• Authorization to work in Canada is essential

• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience

• Willingness to commit to the term of employment

• Focus on quality and precision in work
