Raison d'être du poste / Purpose of the position
Relevant du directeur méthodes et programmation, le titulaire du poste élabore et rédige les gammes de fabrication conformément aux exigences et spécifications du client et aux normes de l'entreprise afin d’optimiser le rendement et les méthodes de travail du personnel de production, tout en réduisant les coûts de production.

The incumbent also participates in all activities: evaluating equipment and hardware, estimating the steps and time of production of each part in-house or subcontracted.

Responsabilités / Responsibilities

Concevoir et réaliser des cahiers de montage visuel; / Design and produce visual assembly books;

Documenter et mettre à jour les instructions de travail, gammes et Data Card; / Document and update work instructions, routings and Data Card;

Planifier et implanter les changements en production; / Plan and implement changes in production;

Participer aux rencontres préparatoires de nouveaux projets; / Participate in preparatory meetings for new projects;

Collaborer avec les équipes de méthode, qualité et production; / Collaborate with the method, quality and production teams;

Analyser les processus de fabrication, identifier et déployer des améliorations; / Analyze manufacturing processes, identify and deploy improvements;

Analyser les dessins techniques: interpréter l'information concernant les matériaux, les spécifications et les instructions de fabrication; / Analyze technical drawings: interpret information regarding materials, specifications and manufacturing instructions;

Modélisation 3d et dessin 2d des pièces au besoin à l'aide de Catia V5; / 3D modeling and 2d drawing of parts as needed using Catia V5;

Rédiger les gammes de fabrication et coordonner l'introduction de nouveaux produits au travers du processus FAI (first article inspection); / Write manufacturing ranges and coordinate the introduction of new products through the FAI (first article inspection) process;

Interpréter et valider les requis techniques des dessins sur le logiciel Catia V5; / Interpret and validate the technical requirements of the drawings on the Catia V5 software;

Analyser l'impact des demandes de changements provenant des clients ou de l'interne à l'aide de la procédure de revue de contrat et d'analyse de risques; / Analyze the impact of change requests from customers or internally using the contract review and risk analysis procedure.

Exigences d'emploi / Job requirements
Scolarité requise / Education requirements

Intermédiaire ou expert en Catia V5 et autres logiciels de dessin génie mécanique, industriel, qualité; / Intermediate or expert in Catia V5 and other mechanical engineering, industrial, quality drawing software;

Diplôme d'études collégiales en maintenance d'aéronefs; / College diploma in aircraft maintenance.

Compétences techniques / Technical skills

Minimum 2 à 5 années d'expérience en environnement manufacturier ou industriel pertinent (débutant-e accepté-e selon le poste). / Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant manufacturing or industrial environ ment (beginner accepted depending on the position);

Excellente maîtrise du français (oral et écrit) et maîtrise fonctionnelle de l’anglais (lu et écrit). / Excellent proficiency in French (spoken and written), and functional proficiency in written English.
