Join Avianor as an Aircraft Pattern Maker, crafting patterns from fabrics and leather while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. This role emphasizes precision and quality in every task performed.

Under the supervision of the Fabrication & Maintenance Supervisor, the Pattern Maker is a crucial member of the team. This position requires expertise in fabric and leather manipulation, electrical familiarity, and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for creating patterns, marking sewing components, and operating machinery to support aircraft upholstery installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with regulations and manuals

• Prepare and cut Velcro and fabric materials

• Mark components for sewing and assembly

• Operate sewing equipment and machinery

• Maintain high quality through self-inspection

Requirements:

• Experience with textile and leather materials

• Ability to operate sewing machines accurately

• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations

• Timely completion of required training

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
