Reinforced Concrete Pole Maker

As a concrete pole maker, you will work in a physically demanding environment that requires manual dexterity and the ability to handle heavy loads. Your primary responsibilities will include placing reinforcing rods or wire mesh in the molds, filling the molds with concrete, and removing the finished castings. This position demands standing for extended periods and undertaking repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Position reinforcing rods or wire mesh in molds

• Fill molds with high-quality concrete

• Remove castings from molds efficiently

• Handle and lift heavy materials safely

• Collaborate effectively as part of the production team

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience

• Ability to handle up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

• Physically capable of demanding tasks

• Strong manual dexterity and focus

• Willingness to work shifts and in varying conditions
