410 Technician (Level II) for an aerospace client specializing in structural integrity and non-destructive testing (NDT). The technician will perform detailed inspections of aircraft components using NDT methods like ultrasonic testing, eddy current analysis, magnetic particle testing, liquid penetrant testing and radiographic testing to detect flaws without compromising the material. Their work involves interpreting test results and documenting findings. The technician will join a team of technicians at a client site, but will initially have to go through six to nine months of training based in Montreal at the Testia office.
Required Skills and Experience Minimum of 800 hours of experience in ultrasonic testing (UT)
80 classroom hours in ultrasonic testing (UT) and eddy current testing (ET)
Eligible to obtain CGP clearance
Nice to Have Skills and Experience Magnetic particle testing (MT)
Radiographic testing (RT)
The salary ranges from $90,000 per year to $100,000 per year.
