As a Quality Assurance Analyst
, you will play a key role in continuous improvement and the maintenance of our Quality Management System (QMS). Your mission is to promote a culture of quality throughout the organization by supporting teams and contributing to the company's overall performance.

• Develop and optimize the Quality Management System (QMS) to support organizational growth.
• Create and maintain quality documentation, including policies, procedures, processes, and forms.
• Conduct internal audits and follow up on corrective actions.
• Monitor and analyze quality-related key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support continuous improvement, quality control, and change management initiatives.
• Collaborate with teams on process mapping and documentation.
• Contribute to supplier approval and employee qualification activities.
• Ensure efficient and user-friendly document management.
• Participate in training and communication initiatives related to quality best practices.

• DEC/AEC in Aerospace or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Experience with quality control, auditing, and process mapping.
• Proficiency with digital tools, including ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven.
• Knowledge of SMS (Safety Management System) and AS9100 standards is considered a major asset.
