Contribute to operational excellence at Avianor in Mirabel, QC as a Quality Assurance Specialist. This hybrid full-time position focuses on the Quality Management System and continuous improvement strategies.

As a Quality Assurance Analyst at Avianor, you will play a pivotal role in reinforcing a culture of quality across all teams. Your responsibilities will span from developing the QMS to conducting internal audits and supporting change management initiatives. Your analytical skills will guide the monitoring of KPIs for effective quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize the Quality Management System for growth

• Maintain important quality documentation and policies

• Conduct internal audits and manage corrective actions

• Analyze quality-related KPIs effectively

• Collaborate on process documentation and training initiatives

Requirements:

• DEC/AEC in Aerospace or equivalent background

• At least 5 years in Quality Assurance

• Strong understanding of QMS principles

• Excellent organizational and documentation skills

• Proficient in ERP tools and Microsoft Office Suite
