• perform day-to-day management activities within the department in collaboration with the department manager;
• provide team members with the feedback necessary for their career development and the achievement of established objectives;
• collaborate with the production and customer service clerks;
• Ensure the implementation of exceptional customer service;
• in collaboration with the manager, ensure the management of inventories, price lists, marketing and salary productivity according to established standards in order to ensure business readiness;

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or customer service;
• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Interest in learning about the role is required;
• Current role in a similar position is welcome and we offer training courses for growth;
