Responsibilities   Provide world‑class customer service and embrace a customer‑obsessed culture, ensuring a positive experience every day.
Learn and adapt to new programs and consult with colleagues at all levels in a positive work environment.
Assist with the entire customer experience across multiple company operations (retail, rental, custom, and omnichannel) within a store.
Work as part of a high‑performing team focused on results, building relationships with customers from greeting to after‑sales contact.
Demonstrate reference sales techniques for retail sales, custom apparel sales, and special occasion rentals.
Encourage and participate in team sales efforts, positively impacting volume and sales metrics.
Participate in visual presentation, merchandising, and other store projects, including stock counts.
Operate the cash register and handle point‑of‑sale transactions.
Qualifications   Must be able to stand and walk for most of the shift, bend, kneel, and twist frequently.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lb, climb a ladder to reach merchandise or supplies.
Must be able to see and distinguish patterns and colors of fabrics.
