Your role is vital in providing top-notch customer service and organizing stock processes.
As a Department Manager, you are responsible for facilitating the unloading and sorting of merchandise while ensuring a clean and safe workplace. Direct and support your team in all activities, from unloading trailers to stocking the sales floor. You’ll also be tasked with training team members to foster a high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate safe unloading of merchandise
• Ensure accurate sorting and stocking of products
• Lead team efforts and monitor workloads
• Provide training and coach team members
• Uphold standards for maintaining cold chain
Requirements:
• Minimum age of 16 required
• Outstanding leadership capabilities
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of retail operations preferred
• Must adhere to safety and compliance measures
