As the Merchandise Leader, you will support the Merchandising Team Leader by maintaining AEO Brand Standards throughout the store. Your passion for organization helps drive an outstanding shopping experience while ensuring all team members are aligned in achieving merchandising goals. With your strong retail skills, you'll effectively manage replenishment and sell-through strategies, ensuring the store stays visually appealing and 'guest ready.'

Key Responsibilities:

• Support outstanding guest experiences through merchandising management

• Execute killer Floorsets with team training and coaching

• Ensure adherence to AEO Brand Standards daily

• Champion team collaboration and recognition culture

• Maintain store safety and shrink-reduction strategies

Requirements:

• Strong merchandising and visual skills experience preferred

• Flexible schedule for various shifts

• Attention to detail and time management

• Prior retail experience required

• Passion for AE and Aerie products
