Contribute to the success of GARAGE as a Retail Operations Associate. This vital role ensures the store is organized and stocked while enhancing customer satisfaction.

In this position, you report to the Store Manager and are responsible for the operational flow of the store. You will manage inventory, handle shipments, and ensure that the sales area is inviting and well-stocked. Your proactive approach will help keep operations running smoothly and positively affect the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize the stockroom efficiently

• Process incoming shipments and stock appropriately

• Keep the sales floor stocked and engaging

• Assist with online orders and pricing adjustments

• Collaborate with team members for operational success

Requirements:

• Completion of high school diploma required

• At least 6 months of inventory or retail experience

• Attention to detail and organization skills

• Team-oriented with a proactive approach

• Willingness to work flexible hours
