The Seasonal Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Saint-Bruno, QC. This position focuses on welcoming customers, providing personalized product recommendations, and delivering a memorable in-store experience aligned with Swarovski’s brand standards. Daily responsibilities include guiding customers through product features, processing sales transactions accurately, handling returns and exchanges, and maintaining visual merchandising and stock presentation. The role also involves meeting sales targets, supporting promotional campaigns, and collaborating with team members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Seasonal Sales Consultants are expected to uphold store policies, contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, and represent Swarovski’s commitment to quality and individuality.
- Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to create a welcoming atmosphere and build lasting customer relationships.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Previous experience in retail sales, fashion, jewelry, or luxury goods is beneficial.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak seasonal periods.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Comfort with point-of-sale systems and basic handling of cash and electronic payments.
- Proficiency in English;
French language skills are an asset for customer interactions in Saint-Bruno, QC.
