Fed Ex Canada is hiring a courier to provide courteous and effective delivery services. Candidates will engage with customers and ensure compliance with shipping standards while handling heavy packages. A valid driver’s license and strong organizational skills are essential for navigating busy routes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform deliveries and pick-ups on assigned routes
• Inspect shipments for adherence to service features
• Offer exceptional service to all customers during delivery
• Effectively manage time and organize daily tasks
• Work flexibly to meet operational needs
Requirements:
• High school education or equivalent required
• Must hold a valid driver's license with a good record
• Experience in customer service valued
• Ability to lift and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs
• Familiarity with Fed Ex and customs regulations is a plus
