Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently pick up and deliver packages on assigned routes
• Ensure compliance of all shipments with Fed Ex standards
• Provide excellent customer service support
• Maintain organization while multitasking in a busy environment
• Adhere to all training and assessment protocols
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Clean driving record with a valid license
• Minimum one year of customer service experience preferred
• Ability to lift approximately 70 lbs
• Bilingual skills required for Quebec-based positions
