Location: Baie-Comeau
Seek a full-time Courier position with Fed Ex in Sept-Îles, where you will ensure the timely delivery of packages and provide outstanding customer service along your route. This role is key to our logistics.
As a Courier, your main duties will revolve around picking up and delivering packages while adhering to Federal Express Canada’s service criteria. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication and organizational skills and must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently pick up and deliver packages as scheduled
• Verify all shipments for compliance with service standards
• Provide reliable customer service at all times
• Operate equipment to lift and manage heavier packages
• Flexibility to accommodate varying work schedules
Requirements:
• High school diploma or educational credential
• Valid driver’s license with a strong driving history
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs or more with equipment
• Customer service experience is preferred
• Must successfully complete driver competency training
