Fed Ex Canada is seeking a dedicated temporary Courier. This position requires someone who can accurately track and inspect packages while ensuring compliance with service standards. Key skills include customer service experience, route planning, and effective communication about service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently deliver and pick up packages while representing Fed Ex
• Accurately inspect packages and report stop counts
• Plan delivery routes to maximize efficiency and safety
• Seek additional business from existing customers
• Ensure proper labeling and documentation for all packages
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• No experience necessary; customer service experience preferred
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Ability to work varying shifts based on business needs
• Bilingual in French and English required in Quebec
