This role requires a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide courteous pick-up and delivery services
• Ensure compliance with Federal Express service features
• Maintain effective communication with customers
• Manage multiple tasks in a pressure-driven environment
• Perform necessary physical lifting and maneuvering of packages
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 150 lbs with equipment
• One year customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of Canadian Customs regulations a plus
