About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team. French is required;
English is an asset.

Please note:

this is a safety-sensitive position.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing goods, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse. The ideal candidate can work in a fast‑paced environment and is committed to maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and accurately log incoming goods and equipment from customers, verifying accompanying documentation.
  • Store goods and equipment in designated locations within established time frames.
  • Manage the return of materials and equipment in accordance with internal procedures.
  • Prepare orders for delivery or customer pickup, following all special instructions.
  • Cut, coil, and prepare cables for shipment according to company guidelines.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through regular counts and proper documentation.
  • Safely and efficiently operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks); perform safety checks and maintain required certifications.
  • Use ERP systems or warehouse management tools to record transactions and support operations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse that complies with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Adhere to all company‑established safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Present a neat and professional appearance at all times.
  • Communicate clearly and positively with colleagues, supervisors, and customers.
  • Maintain proficiency with computer systems and other required technologies.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe, secure, and efficient facility.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in French required;
    English is an asset.
  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
  • ERP system knowledge is an asset.
  • Ability to regularly lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Punctual, dependable, and well‑organized.
