Mathematics Teacher- Bangladesh School

Bangladesh School Saham is looking for a Mathematics Teacher to join our well‑reputed community‑based international school, which is supported by the Bangladesh Embassy.

The teacher will be responsible for delivering high‑quality mathematics education, ensuring strong conceptual understanding, and maintaining academic excellence in alignment with the curriculum standards.

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging mathematics lessons according to the Bangladesh National Curriculum (English version).
• Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments to support student learning.
• Explain mathematical concepts clearly and adapt teaching methods to suit different student learning abilities.
• Monitor, evaluate, and record student progress regularly.
• Conduct quizzes, tests, and examinations and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain discipline and a positive, supportive classroom environment.
• Encourage analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and student participation in class activities.
• Support students who need additional academic assistance.
• Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs.
• Contribute to co‑curricular and extracurricular activities organized by the school.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress when required.
• Follow school policies, academic guidelines, and administrative instructions.

• B.Sc. (Hons.) & M.Sc. in Mathematics.
• IELTS/PTE or equivalent English proficiency certificate (strong advantage).
• Teacher training certification in classroom management, educational assessment methods, or CT in education (smart classroom/digital teaching tools).

• Teaching experience.
• Fluency in English.

• At least 3 years of classroom teaching experience.
• Experience in training institutes, government, semi‑government or autonomous bodies, or coaching centers.

• Practical experience in handling secondary‑level students and exam preparation.
• Strong background in English medium/English version education system.
