Job Description – Pharmacist

• Location: Sahuarita, AZ
• Contract Length: 13 Weeks
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist for a 13-week assignment in Sahuarita. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical judgment, experience in a hospital setting, and the ability to support interdisciplinary teams by providing medication, therapeutic guidance, and real-time consults.

This role requires active participation in code blue events
, providing immediate medication recommendations and clinical expertise. Pharmacists will also respond to inquiries from physicians and nursing staff and complete patient consults as needed.

• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Active Arizona Pharmacy License (AZ State Board)
• ACLS & BLS certifications
• Ability to attend code blues and provide medication recommendations
• Ability to answer provider/nurse questions and complete consults
• At least 1 year of recent hospital experience

• Board Certification and/or Accredited Pharmacy Residency
• Strong clinical communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
