Travel Pharmacist – Days (M-F)
Location: Sahuarita, AZ
Start Date: 12/1
Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Schedule: 36 hours/week guaranteed

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years recent experience in a hospital pharmacist role

• Current pharmacy license issued by the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy

• ACLS & BLS certifications

• Sterile compounding experience

• Cerner EMR and Omnicell experience

• Ability to work independently and supervise one pharmacy technician

• Experience attending and contributing to code blue situations

• Strong communication skills for provider consults and inquiries

Preferred:

• Board certification and/or completion of an accredited pharmacy residency

Facility Overview:
Our client is an 18-bed neighborhood hospital featuring medical/surgical inpatient beds, 2 operating rooms, and a 14-bed emergency room. Pharmacists must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent interruptions and must consistently meet deadlines. This role includes significant clinical responsibilities and requires a proactive approach to patient care and staff support.
