Northwestern Counseling & Support Services (NCSS) is seeking a dedicated professional in the field of human services to provide on-site job support for individuals with Intellectual Disabilities. We’re looking for someone who is well-organized, adaptable, punctual, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

• Provide direct job coaching and on-site support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Encourage independence while fostering dignity, respect, and inclusion in the workplace.
• Collaborate with employers, coworkers, and NCSS team members to support successful employment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate progress effectively.
• Adapt to a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of, or experience with, individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.

Hiring rate is based on experience, education, and internal equity. Final compensation will be determined in accordance with NCSS policy and applicable laws. High School Diploma or equivalent, with or without experience.
